Peer-led Mentoring at PREP
PREP’s peer mentoring program matches experienced entrepreneurs with less experienced PREP Members. The program aims to help members learn about the industry, make connections and have someone to talk to about their questions or concerns. Ideal mentors have some experience in a start-up food business and are willing to share some knowledge with other PREP members. The program is open to all PREP members interested in becoming mentors or mentees. PREP’s Member Mentor Program also helps PREP members feel like part of a team. Furthermore, it encourages them to continue working hard as they progress. The goal is to build a culture of mentorship where we can continue to grow and learn from each other.

The program aims to help inexperienced members learn about the industry, make connections and have someone to talk to about any questions or concerns they might have. Ideal mentors are those who have been in the food service industry for some time and have a wealth of knowledge to share with other members. The program is open to all PREP members interested in becoming mentors or mentees. PREP’s Member Mentor Program also helps PREP members feel like part of a team and encourages them to continue working hard as they progress through their careers. The goal is to build a culture of mentorship where we can continue to grow and learn from each other.
