PREP Food Junction is home to some of the best cuisine in Atlanta hands down.   In addition, located in the culinary capitol of creativity on that includes more than 200 food entrepreneurs, the PREP Atlanta campus is located right in the shadow of Spaghetti Junction.

Raul’s Latin Kitchen!

Raul’s Latin Kitchen joins an international mix of Hot Chick Peas, home of Authentic Middle Eastern Cuisine. You will also find Java Saga where you can find Atlanta’s Best Taiwanese style fried chicken sandwich that dares anyone to compete.

Chef Raul Thomas is the former owner of Raul’s Latin American Café in Marietta Georgia. He began his career over 23 years ago. Raul is a graduate of New York Food and Hotel Management and has been a chef at the Marriott Marquis in New York City. He has cooked for Many celebrities and world leaders, as well as, many performers and luminaries.

Executive Chef Raúl Thomas is a New York native of Puerto Rican descent. He discovered his culinary identity at a young age, watching his mother cook the typical Puerto Rican dishes he is so passionate about.

Raul first came to Atlanta at the invitation of Georgia State University to become their executive chef. Chef Raul won first place in the Men Cooking for a Change. Also, March of Dimes Cook Off, Real Men Cook of Atlanta, and competitions in New York and in Atlanta.

Some of the other restaurants located at PREP Food Junction began life here as Food Trucks, however,  the natural expansion was to open a permanent restaurant space. Georgia Sourdough Co has a long track record at PREP.  Beginning in the Shared Kitchen as a small baker, Tracy has grown her business to a national level.  After that, Tracy has a retail store in her production facility. Here is where you can get Tracy’s world famous Sourdough Crackers as well as visit the pop up shop with local Georgia Grown products from PREP Members and others.

Fazoli’s has set up their first ever delivery and pickup location right here at PREP.

In conclusion, all of this is easily accessible from Chamblee Tucker Road on I-85 or I-285.  Put 3781 Presidential Parkway in your GPS to find us.   You will see our restaurants in front as well as finding Java Saga, Raul’s Latin Cafe & Hot Chick Peas around the corner in back (3795 Presidential Parkway if you want to GPS it)
