PREP: More Than Just a Commercial Kitchen.

PREP Cook | Create | Connect opened in May, 2014, and is a state of the art commercial kitchen facility that is unique to the Metro Atlanta area, the State of Georgia and Southeastern United States. PREP’s concept, facility and amenities have all been custom designed to be a culinary haven to meet the needs of all types of food artisans – specialty food producers, bakers, caterers and mobile food service operators – food trucks.

The PREP facility consists of:

  • A fully certified, 10-station, shared-use, commercial kitchen for specialty food producers
  • Four dedicated kitchens for USDA meat producers and gluten free product production, and members who require privacy
  • 36 fully certified, dedicated, base of operations for food truck operators
  • A full service onsite wholesale food and supply procurement operation which saves members time and money
  • Studio Production Kitchen
  • Business Center/Conference Room

In lieu of traditional contracts, PREP offers membership packages to the shared-use commercial kitchen, catering kitchen and the mobile food service operator dedicated bases of operation. Each membership package varies in price, initiation fee and applicable amenity offerings, and is based on either hourly usage of the shared-use commercial kitchen and studio kitchen or size of the base of operation being rented.
