PREP’s Shared Kitchen is Specialized and Functional.

PREP’s multi-stationed shared use kitchen consists of 10 stations. Six of these stations are located in an open setting, and four are dedicated spaces. The four dedicated or flex stations are completely enclosed:

  1. Specialty Food Producers
  2. Bakers
  3. Prepared Meals Companies
  4. Beverage Producers
  5. USDA Meat Product Production

To avoid theft and cross-contamination, PREP custom built lockable dry storage cabinets and cooler and freezer lockers in our Shared Kitchen. Each membership level is given an allotment of storage, and you are able to purchase extra storage on an a la carte basis.
